Idan Zion is an award-winning Israeli composer, producer, arranger, conductor, guitarist, and educator. His music is known for its blend of orchestral music, Jazz and modern Pop production, and experimental sound design.​

Idan’s work in film, theater, and musical has brought him into close collaboration with directors, choreographers, performers and production teams, deepening his instincts as a narrative composer and musical storyteller. These collaborations have shaped his ability to write music that supports drama, movement, and emotional pacing with precision and restraint, informing his voice as a composer for screen and stage.

His arrangements and compositions have been performed by orchestras and ensembles including the Israeli Jazz Orchestra, Rishon LeZion Israeli Symphony Orchestra, and Haifa Symphony Orchestra. He worked with the a list musicians in israel, such as Tamir Grinberg and Adam, and internationally with groups such as Germany’s Caravan Orchestra.

Idan holds diplomas in Jazz Studies, Music Production, and Arranging from Rimon School of Music, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Composition, Arranging, and Symphonic Conducting from Ono Academic College, where he studied under Maestro Yaron Gottfried.
